A lot of thought went into the design of E-Z Trays, their sturdy construction makes them easier to serve into, transport, and eat out of, than disposable foil or foam trays. The E-Z Tray is designed to nest together when empty and stack neatly when covered for easy storage and transport. The deep compartments in the E-Z Tray allow plenty of room for bulkier foods like baked potatoes or bone-in chicken, and minimize inter compartmental spillage.

The special FDA Approved high grade virgin thermal plastic allows this tray to go from a freezer directly into an oven at temperatures up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. This means prepared meals can be stored in the tray in the refrigerator or freezer until they are needed, then reheated without ever re-handling the food. 25 to 30 minutes in a 350 to 400 degree Fahrenheit oven rewarms the meal to serving temperature. This high grade plastic is also very stain resistant so E-Z Trays stay looking new for a long time.

Dual Ovenable E-Z Trays are almond colored, dishwasher safe, and available in two or three compartment models to meet your service and presentation needs. These trays are also embossed “OVEN OR MICROWAVE USE” to differentiate them from "Microwave Only" trays.

With all these design advantages one would expect to have to pay a premium to use E-Z Trays instead of disposable trays. In fact, the opposite is true.
